I Jewelry Return Policy

We want you to love your I Jewelry piece! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window: You have 3 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • In its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and protective stickers intact.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at i.jewelryteam@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Securely package your item and send it to us. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
